By accessing or using Liftinuum ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Liftinuum is a fitness tracking application that provides:

• Body measurements and weight tracking
• Weekly life visualization tools
• Data synchronization across devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Liftinuum, you must create an account. You agree to:

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Liftinuum. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App.

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Liftinuum, including workout data, photos, and other information. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely to provide and improve our services.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree that your content:

• Does not violate any laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Does not contain harmful or offensive material
• Is accurate and not misleading

Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

Liftinuum offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription, which may be billed monthly or annually.

Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Liftinuum and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Liftinuum is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or health provider. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program or making changes to your fitness routine. We are not responsible for any health issues or injuries resulting from your use of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss or security breaches beyond our control

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Liftinuum harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content submitted to the App

Data and Privacy

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services
